The Scientific Program Committee of FASAVA 2025 cordially invites you to submit poster abstracts for the upcoming World Congress, to be held from Friday, October 31 to Sunday, November 2, 2025, in Daegu, Republic of Korea.
As the 13th Congress of the Federation of Asian Small Animal Veterinary Associations (FASAVA), this prestigious event serves as a platform to foster collaboration and generate synergy among leading professionals from academia, industry, research institutions, and clinical practice across the globe in the field of small animal veterinary medicine.
This year’s Congress theme, "One Vision, One Voice: Advancing Asia Pacific Veterinary Medicine," reflects our shared commitment to shaping the future of veterinary science in the region.
We kindly ask all prospective contributors to carefully review the submission guidelines provided below prior to submitting their abstracts.

Submission Guidelines for Authors

  • Abstracts should be written in English and should be submitted electronically using the online system only.
  • A representative who wants to submit an abstract should create an ID before submission.
  • Abstracts may be submitted for Poster presentation only.
  • The presenting author is allowed to submit up to two abstracts.
  • Presenting authors must be registered participants. Only abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fees will be scheduled for presentation and included in the publication.
  • Do not include image/photos/figures, tables and references in the abstract.
  • Accepted abstracts will be published in the official congress proceedings.
  • Abstracts will not be edited. Authors are responsible for any spelling, grammatical or typographical errors contained in the submitted abstracts.
  • Abstracts must be original and not have been published or presented at any other meeting before the FASAVA 2025 Congress. All research presented must comply with international standards pertaining to animal welfare, ethics, and data protection.
  • Use standard abbreviations in parentheses after the full word appears at the first time.

  • Successful abstract submissions will be acknowledged with an electronic receipt.

Notification of Abstract Acceptance and Author Registration

  • All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee and selection will be noticed on August 15, 2025. You will receive an email to confirm that your abstract has been accepted or not. You will be provided an abstract reference number which should be quoted in all correspondence. Once the abstract is accepted, the presenting author should register for the congress and present the work at the congress. If the first author cannot register for the conference, at least one of the authors must register for the congress and the author details should be notified to the secretariat at info.fasava2025@gmail.com.
  • You will receive an acknowledgement of your abstract submission right after the online submission. If you do not receive anything, please contact us at info.fasava2025@gmail.com to make sure we have received your abstract.
