Tae-sung Hwang

Bio
Dr. Tae-sung Hwang is an Associate Professor in Veterinary Radiology and Radiation Oncology at Gyeongsang National University, South Korea. He earned his DVM from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Gyeongsang National University, where he also completed his PhD in Veterinary Radiology. Following his doctoral studies, Dr. Hwang served as the Director of Ulsan Veterinary Imaging Center from 2017 to 2018. He then held the position of Head of Radiology and Radiation Oncology at S Animal Medical Center from 2018 to 2019.
In 2019, Dr. Hwang joined the faculty at Gyeongsang National University as an Associate Professor, where he continues to contribute to the fields of veterinary diagnostic imaging and Radiation Oncology. His clinical and research interests include advanced imaging modalities, radiation therapy, and the diagnosis and treatment of cancer in animals.
Hakyoung Yoon

Hakyoung Yoon Veterinary Medical Imaging, College of Veterinary Medicine, Jeonbuk National University

Dr. Hakyoung Yoon is a Professor of Veterinary Medical Imaging at Jeonbuk National University, specializing in diagnostic imaging techniques such as clinical echocardiography, abdominal ultrasound, CT, and MRI in animals. He completed his Ph.D. and clinical training at Konkuk University and has held leadership roles as the owner of referral veterinary hospitals. Dr. Yoon has authored over 55 publications and received multiple awards, including the Andrew Higgins Prize in UK and Academic Excellence Awards. His research focuses on advancing imaging applications in veterinary medicine.
Jaeho Shim

Jaeho Shim Department of Veterinary Medicine, Gyeongsang National University

Dr. Jaeho Shim earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Kyungsang National University, where he studied from March 2008 to February 2016. He further pursued his academic career as a graduate student in the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences at Seoul National University's College of Veterinary Medicine and Research Institute for Veterinary Science from March 2018 to 2022. Following his graduate studies, Dr. Shim completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California, Davis (UC Davis) from 2022 to 2023, where he specialized in veterinary ophthalmology within the radiology and surgery department. His extensive experience and research contributions have established him as a respected professional in the field of veterinary medicine, particularly in ophthalmology and diagnostic imaging.
